      Bad management, partial towards one racial community, people don't talk in lab or in office in English and only in Chinese, exploits workers on H1B and OPT visas, asks for evening shifts (50 to 60 hours shifts every week) without any compensation,

      Low salary base, bonus, micro-management, and promotion system is a JOKE, you never know how incredibly high a salary/title can be increased for a low-qualified person without any official anoucement.
