      Pros

      Good benefits. Reasonable pay, they pay attention to their employees and reward those who work hard. A good work environment, everyone is wanting you to succeed. When a higher level positions open they look inward to promote prior to hiring externally. A growing company that offers good opportunity, with that growth they continue to expand services and equipment. If you like the company but your position isn't the best fit for you they try and find a position that would better suite you in order to keep good talent rather then watch them leave. Great entry level work to get started with or a great place to join with prior work experience as they are often open to suggestions to help grow and gain efficiencies.

      Cons

      Formal training is a little lacking but your department teaches you everything you need to know on the job, they take the time make sure you fully understand it. Work load can be high but it ebbs and flows, there are high stress times and low stress times not exactly Frontage's fault more of a industry issue to be aware of. Occasionally it seems like information is on a need to know basis but there is some information that is non-confidential that would be nice to know.
