Pros

Senior management listens to teams, and provide great support to teams and clients timely. There are a lot of opportunities for team growing along with company growth. Company has invested in top line equipment and systems. This allows teams to solve complex problems that other labs can’t. Good reputation. Company passed more than 50 times of FDA inspections. Returning clients like team and services. Business has been growing fast with tracking record of 20 years history. Lots of product development have been completed and provided to patients timely. Company offers good pay and bonuses compared to other CROs.

Cons

Due to the demand from clients, projects are waiting and need to hire more people. Need more trainings for new hires and supervisors.

Pros

They'll hire people out of school and you will learn valuable experience quite quickly. Can be a pretty laid back environment. 3 weeks PTO.

Cons

Barely a living wage starting out, and raises/promotion were not enough to instill loyalty. You'll increase in value through experience, but the company does not invest in professional development. Enter this position with an in-and-out mentality. Safety culture was completely lacking, though effort was being made to improve it when I left.
