It is a job that pays, the company as a whole is completely mid. Everyone's just there. Existing.

Cons

Pay is poor, you can almost certainly get paid more somewhere else. Work is performative, never really feels like you're doing anything useful, even if you put the effort in. Management is overwhelmed. Little to no career advancement opportunities
