      Company is focused on strengthening its business strategy and value prop the last few years. Good benefits and pay.

      Lots of turnover in leadership. Long hours.

      Work from home self motivated position

      Pros

      A work from home job with Frontdoor with reasonable managers, reasonable but seasonably very busy workload. Must be self motivated independent worked in this position and able to work as part of a team when needed.

      Cons

      Can change policies/procedures quickly and point based systems based on attendance and extremely limits unplanned time off. Other departments have much higher stress and quality goals. Insurance is reasonable with fair coverage and pay is lower then some jobs but fuel and wear and tear on vehicles probably balances out.
