I enjoyed working with the people on my team.

Cons

Totally disorganized, hard to get anything done. Getting blocked by other software dev teams in the org is very common. Most days are spent in meetings instead of actually developing anything. Lots of throwaway work.

Always being on camera, especially during a team or group meeting. It is a bit different than being in a room with your coworkers versus being at home on camera.
