Pros

1. Very good learning curve 2. People are helpful, no politics 3. Latest tech stack and solid engineering practices followed

Cons

1. Very bad work-life balance 2. Appraisals were very bad, reason why most of L2 engineers left 3. Upper Management was pushing to complete work according to deadlines despite teams suffering from high attrition and people being sick due to covid 4. SDE-2s and SDE-3s have to work till night - attending a number of meetings till late at night with people from US

Tech stack is something to be proud of.

Cons

CTO constantly makes poor technology decisions which causes the engineering and product teams to suffer. Attrition has taken away ALL of the good talent.
