Pros

I worked with some really amazing and smart people! Many of the frontline and mid-level leadership folks show up 100% of the time. They work hard, collaborate well and find creative solutions to a very aggressive roadmap.

Cons

Layoffs every 6 months, leadership turnover is very concerning and C-Suite says they are transparent but how can you be when you are always planning the next round to employee eliminations?! Only way to describe the business side of the house is constant chaos.

Pros

Company culture isn't bad and it can be fully remote.

Cons

Not many internal promotions. Leadership member said in response to an employee asking about potential burntout, something along the lines of either put up or this isn't the place foe you. Multiple layoffs during historic profits.

The pros are flexible work environment, good benefits and pto.

Cons

The upper management doesn't seem to care about the employees. They will reduce your pay to make the bottom line. Also the CEO, VPs are all men, but a few women. They don't promote the top reps. You work 7 days a week. You're on call at night and every weekend.
