Really enjoyed the people I work with and the products are interesting.

Cons

Bad management has really led to a decline at the site over the past few years. It used to be a good place to work but after multiple layoffs and a furlough, it’s hard to have hope that things will get better.

union benefits and the healthcare are the best you can get.

Cons

everything else. the HR rans rampant to get people fired. no growth in positions. incompetent managers and a big disconnect between departments. the company as a whole is dying off and losing contracts.
