The only rewarding part of this job is being able to see clients progress and being paid just enough to pay the bills.

Cons

The company is pushing productivity and wants a client scheduled every hour each day on top of completing paperwork and other job duties while paying the bare minimum

Not appreciated by upper management. Threatened me when I went to HR, stating that asking my coworkers what they would say in an exit interview was destroying the team. Denying being told about issues, refusal to work within guidelines. Expectations of crisis triage workers, who do not have the education, training, or support to do crisis work. Lack of tracking on the suicide hotline, adding of extra grants without taking team into consideration
