Loved working with the clients and most of the techs were awesome!!!

Cons

Management, management, management! And the nurses, the good ones are very good... the bad ones make you want to quit! Can be a very dangerous environment due to lack of staffing and inappropriate admissions, money is king!

Pros

Loads of PTO, good insurance. This is the only reason I did not give a 1 rating.

Cons

LOW PAY, Bad management. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Corporate has no idea what goes on in group homes or how much work you really do. Bonuses and the extremely rare raise is a joke. No advancement opportunities unless you "have a friend" or are married to someone already in a higher place in the company, otherwise you can work there 20 years in the same position making no more (actually less) than a new hire.
