Job Security, but low pay and high turn over

Good health insurance, 28 days PTO, job security (biggest mental health provider in the tri-cities), tuition reimbursement after 2 years

Cons

VERY low pay, HIGH turn over, you have to use your own PTO time to get paid for holidays, insurance premiums are HIGH, IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE CLIENTS

The pay is terrible. In fact my job was full time with benefits but I still made so little I could not afford to pay my bills.
