      Pros

      Great work culture, pto is great and you can cash out at 100% anytime, benefits are very good. Schedule is flexible with good work life balance. Frontier has over 1,000 employees with a great reputation. Population served can be challenging but professionally rewarding

      Cons

      Agency is non-profit, so pay is lower, but Id rather be happy coming to work each day...
