Cons

PTO is only a little over 6 hours per pay period. PTO is taken for holidays, sick days, vacation, etc. You must work 80 hours per pay period or they will take your PTO without asking.

Good pay for entry level, meaningful work.

Cons

This department has extremely high turnover because of the amount of stress put on employees, insufficient training, employees are talked down to, constant office gossip, and a looming threat of being fired. If management or key employees do not like you, they will eventually fire you with made up documented justification so that you will be unable to collect unemployment.
