Pros

Good salary. Good holiday/vacation/sick time. Building located in a nice, scenic area.

Cons

Company is based on the Peter Principle. There are no processes or procedures. Mid and Upper management is extremely top heavy, and refuses to give any meaningful directions or requirements in order to avoid responsibility. If you are a sociopath who is avoiding a career, but still find yourself needing a place to dish out heaps of malice and misery onto honest, hard-working people, then Frontier Communications may be the place for you.

Pros

There is not much to the pros but Work/life balance WAH

Cons

Whats not negative, the CEO blames its employees for the company's loss. They rip you off by not paying you your required worked hours, you contact your supervisor about it and nothing happens, you contact the HR department nothing happens. They are being bought out because the upper management can not run a company to save their lives. It is very micromanaged, you also have the constant fear if you are going to lose your job from layoffs and or the company just flat out going under. This was all because they tried to do it cheap when they bought out Verizon fios in which is known as the CTF areas. Dont even try to get an issue resolved by upper management because it wont happen. This job itself is easy honestly, but the environment is extremely stressful. No room for advancement. I moved from the what is known as the RESI online, or the phones to CHAT. Then soon after closed chat and was using offshore reps to take chats.
