It has really good benefits and they pay is pretty decent. That's pretty much all i can say about this company.

Cons

Not a place if you want to move up, they are super cliquey and they already have their people that they want to move up predetermined.

Pay is hourly plus commission. You create your own paycheck.

Cons

If you take vacation, it can be difficult to hit sales goals. You are expected to make the same monthly goals when you are vacation or sick as everyone else. Nothing is pro-rated for time off.
