Pros

Salary, benefits, 401k, etc... Nothing special here.

Cons

Low raises. No paid overtime unless you are a union employee. Stock lost more than 50% value. Typical CEO with huge ego and no common sense. Mid to upper Management a bunch of yes men. Do as I say not as I do.

Pros

Decent Pay. It's a job. Beats working at Walmart. Don't have to work on Sunday. Tail wags the dog here. Don't have to pay for your gas to get job done.

Cons

Shame in the community. I'm embarrassed to say I work there. Phone industry on the downslide. Look elsewhere if you can. Expect alot of favoritisim.

Pros

The only Pros about Frontier are mo and t of the Front Line employees who do the actual work day in and day out.

Cons

This is one of the most unethical places that I have ever worked for and I worked for Verizon for 10 years. There is a serious house cleaning that needs to happen starting with the CEO and making it's way to almost everyone in upper Management. There are a few really good Directors, but for the most part they are all worthless. The company relies to heavily on its Vendor relationships which are killing this company. The company can't find the money to pay us our bonuses or raises for the last couple of years, but they can find the money to pay vendor wages that are astronomical and pay for sub par applications which never get the whole job done. The only way they can even hire people people is to ioe to then. Then, they leave in under a week when they find out what they will REALLY be doing. If you're looking for full time employment, DO NOT consider Frontier!
