Friendly, helpful, the experience they give you during training prepares you for the work floor. The business structure is there to benefit you and help you be successful.

Cons

Short breaks and lunch. During down time it can be boring and there is not much you can do but sit and wait for the next call to come in.

Benefits. Pay. But too many issues, too many service problems. I cannot recommend this company. Benefits are good. Pay is good.

Cons

Old technology. Poor systems. No way Frontier should have acquired all these new properties. Company is simply unprepared. Do not recommend
