Pros

Good pay with fast raises initially. Good Insurance benefits that rival the Military. Has a positive "view" of our Military and the sacrifices we made while in service.

Cons

No advancement roles offered on merit. After 3 years, your pay freezes (ex: 3 year pay=15 year pay), while the Corporate leadership are, quite simply, rich. No morale in the work place. No actual recruitment or seperate hiring process for our Military like other companies.

Pros

Employees that are not sales hungry upper management are usually great to work with.

Cons

Bad upper management. So focused on sales that they are forgetting about the customers they already have. Call centers cause a lot of wasted money and poor customer satisfaction for the outside technicians.(This is because all the systems don't work together so its not the call centers fault), its the upper managements fault. They know of the problems but don't care. They constantly put employees in bad situations with unhappy customers because of failed procedures.

Pros

$20 an hour. 2 weeks of Vacation (that you can rarely use when you want to)

Cons

For our last contract they cut our pay $3 an hour, made us pay for health insurance, cut our 401k and Pension benefits. The supervisors don't have a clue what the core workers do. Management is more worried that you went to the bathroom and forgot to log off your phone then when a co-worker is harrassing and threatening others. We have a Trainer that cuts and pastes training tips from another trainer and passes it off as her own. In fact the last time we had a new process, she only trained a 1/3 of the employees. We're forced to participate in Sales programs, when we don't interact with the general public.
