      Pros

      My leaders are inspiring and start with "why?" for every directive (instead of starting with "what?"). I have creative freedom to better my performance and learn from others in the organization. Everybody is open to ideas on how to improve the business, and managers implement the good ideas with enthusiasm.

      Cons

      There is no formal mentor program, so it's harder to seek out ways to learn from others than it has been with previous employers.

      Pros

      I find that we are competitively paid in our local market, the benefits are EXCELLENT, and management is approchable and helpful. Also, I have more paid time off than ever. I never thought that my work ethic would be noticed, let alone rewarded, until I worked at Frontier.

      Cons

      I think that the gap in compensation between the Myrtle Beach center and others could be a little smaller, but again, we are paid well for our area.

      Pros

      The best things are the benefits, how many placed give you 20 paid days off a year and some major holidays. the insurance benefits are very affordable as frontier picks up the majority of the cost for us. Flexible scheduling allows me time off when I need it

      Cons

      I have been with Frontier for over 7 years and really have not found anything lacking. they offer college reimbursement for tuition, job advancement opportunity and great training for all aspects of the jobs we do on a daily basis. the only thing I would caution anyone looking at Frontier as an easy job, needs to go elsewhere. the customers are the worst part of the job, and we overcome that because we need to work
