Pros

Very Challenging, yet rewarding work environment.

Cons

Because of the size of the organization, there are communication gaps, and some disconnected business groups that can create challenges/road blocks when trying to accomplish goals. Opportunity for better real time reporting, and IT infrastructure.

Pros

The hours are very flexible with Frontier Outside Sales. There is minimal micro-management and management seems to care about their employees very much.

Cons

Quotas are extremely high, and unless you have been there for many years or have techs, management, and other people in your pocket its very hard for someone new to make a dent. There is a lot of cross channel turmoil internally. Customer care doesn't want to help it's own employees and you have to spend mountains of time trying to scratch for every sale and save.
