Pros

If you can stay on board for 4 years, then you can reach top salary...which isn't bad at all.

Cons

After 4 years, you hit a salary ceiling; the hours can be horrible based on your position in seniority; time off is often hard to get because they only allow so many people off; very few promotional opportunities or opportunities to learn new skills.

Pros

They used to be Verizon, who sold the call center to Frontier. everything went downhill from that point. I like Verizon.

Cons

Frontier is focussed like a laser on sales, if it isn't sales, it isn't important. Not looking to the future. just grabbing what it can. Union busting everywhere, layoffs all the time, and converting specialists into "universal reps" who are set up to fail.
