      Pros

      Frontier provides me with flexible hours, makes it possible to have a life outside of work, challenges me with creative projects, gives me room to grow professionally and technically, and is full of really good people to work with. Plus, we have a 100% US-based work force. This is fantastic! I've had opportunities here I would never have had at other companies.

      Cons

      The only "con" is the industry itself. Telecommunications these days is a tough, competitive biz.

      Pros

      Frontier is clear that we all have a responsibility in driving success. They recognize not one person has all the solutions and embraces suggestions and concepts from anyone willing to put the time and energy in supporting the cause. I am excited to work for a company that values input from their employees.

      Cons

      Workload - sometimes nervous to volunteer your ideas because you will be leading the next meetings to kick it off on top of your already overpacked day.

      Pros

      The majority of people I deal with on a daily basis are very happy to help and go the extra mile. The company is rounding its transition phase and you still have some workers who are sticking to the old way of running a business rather than what Frontiers current goals and objectives are. All in All, it is a very pleasant place to work, compensation is great compared to local market, benefits are good (401k, health, etc).

      Cons

      Every once in a while you will run across employees who are not satisfied with the current direction of management or are willing to change. Change is hard on people, but it is also good in most cases. One other con is the fact the company does not have a pension. Most companies don't anymore, but it would have been a nice perk!
