Pros

good pay and benefits, for now, no idea what the new contract will bring.

Cons

systems are so old and out dated that improvement to services for customers is almost impossible.

Pros

Fellow employees are great to learn and work with.

Cons

They say "customer first" what they mean is "sell sell sell" to old ladies who can't afford the services and at any cost. It's a two faced company that says they care about their employees and customers when they'll strip you of your dignity and last dime. "Union" environment where the union sits back and watches and just takes your dues.
