Not customer or employee focused, resources that do not work, many people leaving company, lied to about opportunities.

Reactive, angry bunch of 'poopy' people

Lots of opportunity to effect positive change.

Cons

Understaffed, expectations of working late and weekends, no recognition, daily emergencies get in the way of long term goals.

The people. Caring and good people who care about their customers.

Cons

While company focus is to have individual customer care the antiquated systems make handling customer care more difficult . No work life balance.
