With its new CEO onboard, this company has the potential to be a great company.

Cons

- Gross mismanagement in the past has lead to Bankruptcy. - Salaries and benefits need to be competitive to retain the great talent in its current employee base and to attract new talent. - Frontier systems are a mishmash of ancient technologies. - Company is bloated with middle management. - Way to much silo thinking going on.
