Frost Bank reviews

Frost's systems and processes are completely outdated. Everything is still done on paper and the company as a whole does not utilize electronic signatures in any way. Employees are clicked up based on tenure and managers play favorites. There is absolutely no consistency in how accounts are opened and Frost opens itself up for fraud based on it's check availability policies. Managers are required to run 2 branches which often spreads them thin and causes extra stress for bankers/tellers needing immediate assistance.

Managers play favorites and know who is being promoted irregardless of work ethic and quality, no regard for family-work balance, management prefers someone with no family commitments or life outside of work hours, HR has high rate of turn over and lacks basic communication skills - meaning no communication internally, no assistance with trying to advance career
