      Pros

      Frost Bank is a great place to work. Having only been there as a teller for just one year, it has already helped me gain a ton of knowledge in the banking business.

      Cons

      The salary is a little low in my opinion for what we do, and it is very difficult to move to a higher position or another department.

      Pros

      the business is not about numbers, tellers have no referral goals and are not pushed into selling to every client. Instead the focus is on building relationships so you get to know your customers and it makes coming to work a good part of the day. Coworkers are selected well and you become fast friends. Management does their best to be fair. Great job to have while trying to get through school. And there's tuition reimbursement!

      Cons

      The schedule is not very flexible. You have to work a certain shift every single day, management tries to work with your school schedule but options are limited. Small company means that higher positions are very limited so advancement is contained to lower level positions.

      Not one I can think of except there 401k is nice and there employee health insurance is good

      Cons

      Micro Manage. Also, they have no loyalty to their employees and hire a bunch of incompetent people who do nothing all day but are very good at looking like they are busy.
