Pros

Everything from management to culture is top notch. They are supportive and lead by example. Internally, it’s a team atmosphere. I’ve never worked in a financial services company as wonderful as Frost. The role provided flexibility and they emphasized family first when it came to obligations.

Cons

Not really a con, but as a private banker, it’s important to constantly be networking, so that may mean evenings at events, which are always fun!
