Pros

Friendly coworkers. Management cares about the customer and encourages all employees do the same. 401k contributions can be matched up to 6%.

Cons

Schedules are very strict. Health insurance is expensive. The culture is very traditional and it can be hard to change processes.

Pay is competitive, great benefits, promote within before seeking externally.. Convenient locations all over Texas. This sentence is just to meet the twenty word minimum.

Cons

I worked around older people who did not appreciate a culture or skin color different then theirs. Very conservative. Little room for growth due to positions only becoming available when one retires.
