Pros

Very friendly welcoming people. My manager has been flexible with work time (come in between 7 and 10. Work 8 hours plus lunch) lack of structure means Noone breathing down your neck all day. Gorgeous campus at Frost One. Very modern and chic. You learn an application and then you're the Go To person for it all. You can become a jack of all trades.

Cons

Low pay. Absolutely no training. People just code to get it done, not get it done right. Lack of structure is a pro and a con. Con is standards for coding that are optional to follow. Makes it very confusing to fix others code. Jack of all trades is a master of none, unless you call googling a skill. You can't take off work at all first 6 months. You get medical time after 3 months and vacation after 6 months.

Pros

A great company to be employed with. The CEO Is genuine, honest, outstanding and impressive: as well as personable. Frost really stresses the importance of building relationships (Co-workers, Clients)

Cons

Extremely conservative. Given its history in Texas, one would think they would have a larger foot print in this state. If there is any risk, Frost will avoid it. This may not be a con; however, no risk = no growth.
