      Pros

      Frost has very intelligent upper management, They are very selective in the types of loans and investments they will be involved in. They were the first bank to not take government assistance.

      Cons

      Management is slow to move forward in advances in employee incentives (i.e. work from home, day care facilities, etc.) Part time employees are not provided sick pay, but are provided with vacation pay.
