Frost Bank reviews

Don't ever work here. Micromanaging by mid-level managers and golden boy favoritism for the higher ups made it very hard to advance in this bank. Also nitpicking about selling accounts (which were more important than helping clients) and bullying from commercial bankers made me quit. Hugher ups talk all about the culture, but make you work late and don't care about employee safety. I've been yelled at, even threatened and my bosses never cared when I brought that up. Don't work here. You'll regret it

- Only 2 weeks of classroom training, after which you have to depend on the Frost intranet and your more tenured bankers (difficult on busier days) - Bad communication regarding certain workflows - Management is weirdly condescending when you make a mistake
