Toxic environment with no real support from management

Pros

Decent benefits and PTO Remote work if you’re not in the LA Area

Cons

I worked at Fuel Cycle for about three and a half years. It started off as a positive experience with a supportive team, but the environment changed significantly over time. Leadership is ineffective and lacks accountability — when challenges arise, upper management tends to assign blame rather than address issues collaboratively. There is little to no real support for employees. Communication is poor, and decisions are often made behind closed doors. Salaries are below market, and there are limited opportunities for fair raises or career growth. Employees are often made to feel small or disposable, which creates a stressful and unhealthy atmosphere. The turnover speaks for itself — in the team I was part of, only one person remains from when I started. This is not a workplace that fosters growth or well-being, and prolonged exposure to the culture can take a serious toll on your mental health.
