      Smart people, growing company, revamped compensation packages to compete in the market. FCE is heading in a very positive direction with investment in new talent and tools/technology for employees to succeed. Pleasure working with colleagues and being a part of a technology that can change the energy landscape.

      Growing pains from previous management and misdirection. Needs continued focus on removing bad habits and executing on new strategies and initiatives.
