      Pros

      Pay was competitive 2 weeks vacation time accrued monthly with 3 weeks vacation time after 5 years of employment

      Cons

      Horrible point system for missed time and arriving even 1 minute late to work Not family friendly Does not value employees Management requires high production rates without fully understanding the strain it places on operators or the impact it can have on the quality of product

      Pros

      I loved working there. The environment is relaxed and not stressful as long as you stay on task. They're constantly updating their process to put less physical stress on the employees. Discrimination and bullying is not allowed. It's a very employee friendly workplace.

      Cons

      Mass lay off caused me not to work here anymore.

      Pros

      I learned a lot on the job, not having been trained in chemical engineering. My manager was very supportive and invested in my growth.

      Cons

      The company is in an unstable market. There are still plenty of kinks to iron out to optimize fuel cell performance but there is constant pressure to sell and make a profit. We can't do real research and make money at the same time.
