      While I'm moving on, I really enjoyed working with the folks who are still there. It's a great group of people, and I wish them all the best.

      Cons

      I would strongly advise against applying for a job here. There are better opportunities elsewhere.

      Nice coworkers. Interesting technical problems to solve. Can learn a lot as a young engineer. Flexible work schedule (2 days wfh)

      Cons

      Business is failing, just read any analysis of FCEL. Stock dilutions. Management developed projects with no plan or strategy to bring to market. Frequent layoffs. Not great pay or benefits. No real plan for career progression.
