      Pros

      Weekly pay structure and flexibility in scheduling, with a largely independent work setup.

      Cons

      - Commission only pay structure creates unstable and unpredictable income. - Little to no real support from management. - Employees are left to figure out everything on their own. - The focus is entirely on generating money for the company with no regard for the worker. - Even strong performance and exceeded targets receive no recognition. - Effort is ignored and undervalued. - Employees are treated as disposable and replaceable resources. - The overall experience feels exploitative and discouraging.

      - cool clients and interesting work - recent shift back the energizing "spirit" of old Fueled

      Cons

      - still some painful symptoms of a bad aquisition a few year back, but these are fading

      We could only have short breaks because everyday's very busy, we can't even have a decent lunch! The workload was insane and the expectations were very unreasonable! There's no work-life balance and I'm always very stressed after work!
