Pros
Good work life balance Open to new contributions and ideas Ironed out processes and procedures Good culture with respectful workforce- everyone is very friendly and kind Also, culture pushes you to be the best employee you can be!
Cons
Difficult to grow- must stick around for a long time to be promoted and HIGH expectations to be considered for promotion. Often asks for deliverables without truly considering the impact of implementation, resulting in a lot of work with no results. Pay is on the low side of the market scale but with high expectations for every position. I'm getting paid less than I have in years with higher pressure than I have had in years to perform.
