Pros
Being surrounded by passionate & driven people was the major highlight of working here. The projects weren't your standard run of the mill apps, we got to work with emerging technologies, in different industries so definitely a big plus as well. It's a great place for someone at the beginning of their career.
Cons
High employee turnover due to poor upper management skills was a bummer, that of course trickled down to chaos at the lower levels of the organization at times. From what I hear, most of those problems are fixed now.
