A comfortable job, good for people that don't want too much responsibility

Pros

- Real comfortable salary, you can live nicely in NYC - A lot of young and driven people - You get to work with many people from all over the world - The projects aren't super bad, but they're also mostly enterprise clients

Cons

- There is a slight bro culture, especially coming all the way from the top leaders/founders - The projects you'll get become blend and boring once you been there for a while - You don't have a lot of input into on how things should work - A lot of turnover in the team, there is not a lot of trust in the founders

Pros

Cool office. Very smart and talented colleagues. Laid back attitude.

Cons

Zero leadership. Executive(s) are never in the office. Fueled has done nothing innovative since 2014. Mostly a smoke and mirrors operation.

Pros

You get to work on different types of projects which involves different challenges about your particular field. That increases your breadth.

Cons

Since you mostly get to ship the project after first deployment, you don't get to maintain and optimise the project. Overall you get to learn so much.
