      Pros

      It's really cool, according to the cool people. Having an excessive & disorganized workload with few opportunities for legitimate professional development constitutes trial by fire, which is sort of good if you can handle it. Snacks.

      Cons

      This place is all style over substance. Politics run rampant, inexperienced management has no idea how to improve things, employee turnover is through the roof with good cause. Either your career goes here to die or you get out and move up within a year or so.

      Pros

      Easily the coolest startup office in NYC. Gorgeous and located in prime SoHo. Young and cool staff that loves to hang out together after work. No management hanging over your head, you can come and go as you please. No limits on vacation time!

      Cons

      Most positions are entry level.
