There isn't a set schedule for promotions, raises, bonuses, etc. It could happen at any given time, so give it your all with a stellar attitude and you shall be rewarded!

Cons

Still a relatively young start up company so not everything is set in stone yet. If you like processes or working a typical 8-5 job, this is probably not your place.
