You can never work enough. Worked Thanksgiving, Christmas and the "unlimited" vacation means no vacation. Took a day off to spend with family and was called that day too. You will never hear "Thank You" from Senior Management You are expected to read the mind of the owner and if you aren't a mind reader you're fired. There is actual SCREAMING that goes on from the head of the company.

If you have experience, and are looking for a growth opportunity, look elsewhere. The people in charge are very inexperienced, and the company seems to be more about developing these inexperienced managers, rather than developing good products or developing anyone who has an employee number that is too high.
