Depending on which project you work on some terrible members of staff Flexible Hours

Cons

Poor Bonuses Company not willing to give pay rises but happy to bring in contractors in paying 5 times as much for same job Promotions deciding on smoking area, if you are a smoker good place to pitch for a promotion Poor bonuses even if you exceed in your objectives you will get same pay as someone meeting their objectives
