Flexible working, can work on large government projects

Cons

Bracknell & Basingstoke offices are dated not the best working environment. High number of ex military older workforce who operate a chain of command so very rigid practices and approach to delivery of projects. Systems & Tools are clunky so makes project delivery challenging.
