Pros
The location brings in local 626 talent who I personally enjoy working with. The office is decent and there is a free cafe that makes great coffee and drinks. Usually there are pastries provided daily. The best thing about this company is access to learn Financial reporting however...see cons.
Cons
The best thing about this company is access to learn Financial reporting however that was taken away from most of the seniors and staff so there's really nothing to learn or grow in this organization as an accountant. The controller pushes all the accountants to push the close fast on the first two months of a quarter end reporting so he can get a bonus and stock options. He's a super fake person and I would 100% not associate myself with fake individuals.
