Pros

Salary is higher than average, probably because the turnover rate is so high they need to give incentives for people to stay.

Cons

They break various safety protocols and when brought up to senior leadership, it is ignored or you are written up.

Pros

There are literally none. Maybe some of the staff? Maybe?? And thats pressing it.

Cons

This entire hospital is a joke. Its run by uneducated individuals. Most of the MHS staff are still in high school. Pay rate is different amongst workers depending on if Admin likes you or not. Admin also forces you to stay to cover shifts that other people call out on. Overtime pay is a joke, its not overtime if youre getting paid the same amount you would be if you had just worked a normal day. Everything they do to patients and staff is so beyond unethical I questioned my sanity daily. Staff would do the most disrespectful things to patients, it blew my mind. Girl in the scheduling office also wouldnt schedule you if she thought you were hot, so if you're ugly, youre screwed.
