Pros
You get to work with pioneering technologies, very smart people and interesting projects. For the same reason you never get bored and end up doing a repetitive task every day. Great team work environment, never had a no for an answer when any assistance is needed from a coworker. One get's to learn something new everyday.
Cons
More company activities and work from home one day of the week would be nice specially since the move will affect the ones that live closer to the company current location.
