Pros

- Challenging projects that help you to grow - the salary are really good - You will be pay for extra hours - the company is always looking for ways to improve the working environment - If you have a personal problem they will always try to help you - Very prepared coworkers who are always ready to help and advise you - Clear payments conditions

Cons

sometimes the tracking tool can be a little stressful if you are not used to it and if you don't control overtime you can burn out

Pros

- Competitive salaries: It has the best monetary compensation in the city and compete with other cities markets as well. They pay you overtime so all the extra work you do is well compensated. - Experience: You get to work with amazing people. Most of the people are seniors so you can learn a ton from them. You will work with different technologies and learn from each one. - Projects: The projects are really good. You can play with new technologies as well as reinforce your skills on the ones you already know. - Fun: Not all is work. You can always find someone alike and make friends while working at FSL. Sometimes we have lunch or dinner outside the office and socialize with each other outside of work.

Cons

- Work/Life balance: You need to be extra careful to not burn out doing extra work. It's ok to do it, FSL doesn't push you into it but you need to be conscious about it.
